Annabelle Tillman is a fictional character appearing in the 2006 film Loving Annabelle. She is portrayed by Erin Kelly.
Biography[]
A senator's daughter and talented musician with a penchant for chain-smoking, Annabelle has a long history of reckless behavior. Feeling that they need to straighten their offspring out, her parents sent her to Saint Theresa's, which has gotten her into the local news and kicked out of two schools. There, she made a few friends (Katherine, Martha, Collins), and also expressed affections for the poetry teacher, Simone Bradley. These affections first came through in her risque analysis of a poem by Rainer Maria Rilke, which left Simone concerned.
Further displays of her affection for Simone include going out to her beach house with her, as well as wooing her over with her performance of "All Over Me." The latter eventually led to sexual intercourse within Simone's room. When Mother Immaculata found out about the affair, Simone was arrested, leaving Annabelle in tears. However, the alternate ending indicates that Simone was cleared on all charges, with Annabelle presumably going to live with her at her home.
Prior to the affair, Annabelle has also admitted to being a lesbian to her friends.
