Blade is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. Directed by Yann Demange, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is intended to be a reboot of the Blade franchise and the 38th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film will star Mahershala Ali as Eric Brooks / Blade.
Blade is scheduled to be released on November 7, 2025, as part of Phase Six of the MCU.

Blade is scheduled for release on November 7, 2025, as an installment of Phase Six of the MCU. The film was previously set to be released in the United States on November 3, 2023. Due to the departure of former director Bassam Tariq, however, the film was delayed to September 6, 2024, then to the next February due to complications surrounding the 2023 Writer's Guild of America strike.
