Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is an upcoming 2022 American superhero film directed by Scott Derrickson. The cast of the film consists of Benedict Cumberbatch, Elizabeth Olsen, Rachel McAdams, Benedict Wong, and Chiwetel Ejiofor, Adam Hugill.
It is the twenty-seventh film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and the fourth film of Phase Four. The film is set to be released in the United States on March 25, 2022.
Plot
After the events of Avengers: Endgame, Dr. Stephen Strange continues his research on the Time Stone. But an old friend turned enemy seeks to destroy every sorcerer on Earth, messing with Strange's plan and also causing him to unleash an unspeakable evil.
