The fictional character Spider-Man, a comic book superhero created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko has appeared in 10 live-action films. Four films directed by E.W. Swackhamer, Ron Statlof and Koichi Takemoto titled Spider-Man (1977), Spider-Man Strikes Back (1978), Spider-Man (1978) and Spider-Man: The Dragon's Challenge (1981). A trilogy of films directed by Sam Raimi titled Spider-Man (2002), Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Spider-Man 3 (2007) were made. The series was rebooted in 2012 with the movie directed by Marc Webb titled The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014). It was rebooted once again in the Marvel Cinematic Universe with the character appearing in Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Avengers: Endgame (2019), Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019) and Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021).
