This film premiered at Telluride on September 2, 2021, before being released by Warner Bros. on theaters on November 19, 2021 and on the HBO Max streaming service on the same day. It was supposed to be released around a year prior to the theatrical release on November 25, 2020, but it was delayed because of COVID-19.
