  • So far, every edit you've made has been to add categories. It would be better if you would add more details to the pages themselves instead of just adding categories. Things like filling out the plot of the movie, background information on how the movie was made, and what the characters do are more useful.

Please do not add categories just to add categories. Categories are used to organize pages, so any that you add need to be accurate. For example, on the page for Meg Ryan, you put categories for 1925, 1951 and 1967, which have nothing to do with her. Technically she's a girl, but we don't need a "Girls" category if we have a "Females" category, and we don't need both a "Movies" category and a "Films" category. She may have been involved in movies made by Walt Disney Pictures, but she is not a part of that company, nor is she a part of the 20th Century Fox company.

Adding categories just to add categories, especially when they are wrong, is category spamming, and there have been enough people category spamming that I am considering making it an official reason for blocking people.
