Sienna Shaw is the new main protagonist in the Terrifier film series. Initially introduced as an ordinary high school student, Sienna becomes one of the latest victims and eternal archenemy of the mysterious serial killer Art the Clown.

Biography[]

Sienna was born the older child and only daughter of Barbara and Michael Shaw. Her brother Jonathan was born five years later.

From a young age, she was very close to her father, who would sometimes take her to fishing. One day, he caught her cutting the heads off of several minnows. Over a year before her on-screen debut, her father was diagnosed with an unknown brain tumor that drove him to abuse his family, becoming particularly fixated on Sienna.

As a skilled comic book artist, he drew her in his sketchbook wearing a Valkyrie female warrior costume with angel wings, which she would eventually create for Halloween 2018. Before his death through electrocution by driving himself at full speed towards an electricity plant, he crafted a special sword for Sienna which she would later eventually use to kill Art The Clown. The sword seems to have supernatural abilities that are able to heal her wounds and ressurect her from the dead.

Terrifier 2[]

Sienna is introduced alongside her mother Barbara and her brother Jonathan and is first seen preparing the last portions of her Halloween costume inspired by the drawings of her late father. At dinner, she scolds Jonathan for desiring to dress up as the serial killer only known as Art the Clown, who had ruthlessly claimed nine lives the previous year, and Barbara forbids her son from dressing up as the mysterious murderer. After dinner, Sienna speaks with her mother towards Jonathan's mannerisms since their father's death but Barbara is confident that sooner or later, he shall return to normal. Shortly afterwards, Jonathan goes to his sister's room and asks for her opinion towards what happened to Art because his body was never found following his supposed suicide but Sienna remains calm and reassures him that there was no reason for them to be worried.

After snuffing out the light of her candles, Sienna falls asleep and experiences a dream, where she has been teleported to a kindergarten known as "The Clown Cafe" surrounded by kids younger than herself and a clown-dressed woman, who unexpectedly welcomes Art the Clown himself. Sienna becomes nervous towards this sight and though initially the other kids and their parents were happy by Art's presence and his friendly gestures, the clown soon pulls out a mini-gun and begins killing the horrified audience with it before grabbing a flamethrower to execute the rest of his victims and the banjo woman. Despite her slight injuries, Sienna finds the strength to escape the chaos and tries to find a tool to defend herself, but Art quickly catches up to her. Reflecting on her costume, she summons her sword from a cereal box, which she uses to deflect the flames of Art's flamethrower. However, she wakes up to find a true fire in her bedroom incinerating her angel wings. Luckily, Barbara shows up in time to extinguish the fire but several of Sienna's belongings, including the angel wings for her costume, had been destroyed.

After an hour of listening to her enraged mother, Sienna awakens in the next morning and as her brother has his breakfast cereal, she questions her mother if her sword gifted to her by her father could be fixed, but surprisingly, Barbara finds it unscathed and warns both her and Jonathan to get ready for school.

At school, she meets with her best friends Allie and Brooke, the latter of whom brings up the interview of Monica Brown with the sole survivor of the Miles County Massacre from the previous year, Victoria Heyes, who gouged Monica's eyes out with her bare hands, leaving both Allie and Sienna shellshocked. As Brooke continues to describe Monica's state following the attack, Sienna begins to hyperventilate and ultimately has a panic attack in front of a big portion of her fellow students, before calming down and dismissing it as something triggered by the fire in her bedroom from the previous night.

After school, Sienna and Allie head to the costume shop to find a new pair of angel wings for Sienna's costume. After Allie leaves earlier than expected due to being needed at home, Sienna finds a replacement pair of wings, only to find herself face-to-face with Art the Clown, who disturbs Sienna with numerous sunglasses and a clown horn whilst she is waiting for the cashier to finish the payment for her wings. As soon as she receives the wings, she leaves the costume shop in a hurry, with the employee meeting his end at the hands of Art.

Arriving home, Sienna finds Jonathan turning pages throughout their father's sketchbook, which they had been looking for since he had passed away. Jonathan reveals that he found Art in his school, alongside the spirit of one of his victims, a 10-year-old girl named Emily Crane who was heavily mutilated several years ago. He goes on to show Sienna their father's drawings of Art's victims from the Miles County Massacre in the previous year before revealing a page containing Sienna as an angel-Valkyrie warrior triumphantly holding a monster's severed head. Jonathan makes his point that this is a prophecy by their father that they were fated to fight Art, but despite having personally encountered Art, Sienna continues to be in denial in regards to the vile clown and believes her brother to have gone insane. Barbara enters and explains to Sienna that Jonathan was suspended for supposedly bringing a dead opossum to the halls of his school. Despite Jonathan's persistence that he had been framed by Art and the Little Pale Girl, Barbara refuses to hear his explanations and vows to call their therapist to put an end to Jonathan's unnatural behavior. Meanwhile, Sienna is divided in two halves-- one that believed Jonathan was telling the truth whereas the rational half continued to assert that there is no such thing as supernatural phenomena.

At night, Sienna completes her costume and calls an Uber to the Halloween party organized by her classmate Megan. Before leaving, Sienna was touched by her mother's comment that her father would have loved to see her in the costume he had drawn for her. At the party, Sienna reunites with Brooke, meets her boyfriend Jeff and the three proceed to have some drinks. After wondering where Allie could be as she had not yet shown up, Sienna receives a call from an enraged Barbara, who explained that Jonathan had supposedly vandalized her car with shaving cream, toilet paper and eggs in revenge for grounding him. After reassuring her exhausted and irritated mother that they would solve Jonathan's problems together and telling her that she loved her, Sienna returns to Brooke and Jeff's side to enjoy the party as best as possible.

As she dances among other disguised teenagers, Sienna notices a strange little girl dressed in clown attire and tries to warn Brooke and Jeff but they are too intoxicated to understand what she was saying. Suddenly, that same little girl appears in front of Sienna and frightens her to the point that she screamed and fell to her knees until she gradually calms down with Brooke's assistance. Everybody at the party was staring at Brooke and Sienna, forcing the two girls and Jeff to leave the party.

As they were driving home, an exasperated Brooke confronts Sienna over what just transpired and the latter blames Brooke for adding ecstasy to her drink, making Brooke irritated as she tries to justify her actions as doing "something good" for Sienna, who, according to Brooke herself, always looked like "Miss Morbid". As Brooke and Jeff consider taking Sienna to an hospital for further analysis, Sienna pleads for them to take her home. However, before they could do that, Sienna receives a call from Jonathan's phone and she learns that he and his friends had gone to an abandoned carnival but his friends left him there alone. The trio arrives at the abandoned carnival and Sienna goes to look for Jonathan in the Terrifier haunting house as per his messages.

Unfortunately, this turned out to be a trap orchestrated by Art and the Little Pale Girl to lure Sienna out. After castrating Jeff and murdering Brooke with acid and a makeshift mace, Art engages in a fight with Sienna in the Terrifier, which ends with him severely wounding her in several closets and broken bathroom windows before knocking her out cold. He then slashes Jonathan numerous times with a miniature blade before being caught off-guard by a recovered Sienna, who knocks him down with his own mace before stabbing him in the head with it. The wound does not kill Art but provides an opportunity to the Shaw siblings to get away from the murderous clown.

Art continues to chase them throughout the haunting house but despite Sienna and Jonathan's best efforts to put an end to Art's life, he manages to survive all of their attacks. The Little Pale Girl disguises herself as Barbara to distract Sienna whilst Art takes Jonathan away but he manages to warn Sienna that the figure in front of her is not their mother. The Little Pale Girl reveals her true form and shares with Sienna visions of her mother having her head blown apart by Art with a shotgun, which leaves Sienna heartbroken for several moments.

After recovering from her mother's loss, Sienna finds Jonathan apparently dead next to Art and tries to attack the sociopathic clown but he turns the tables on her and threw her down a shaft, where he impales her through the abdomen with her father's sword, which he had stolen from her home. Exhausted and terribly wounded, Sienna falls into a tank of water located in what seems to be her personal hell, where she relives her nightmare in the Clown Cafe until she dies from drowning. After Jonathan awakens to find Art eating his fingers and then his ankles, he calls out Sienna's name for help. For unknown reasons, the sword glows with an orange color and its magic seals Sienna's fatal wound and brings her back to life.

Upon escaping from the tank, Sienna returns upstairs and impales Art through the back with her sword to prevent him from further eating Jonathan's ankles. Sienna continues to attack the malevolent mime by slashing him through both sides of his neck and cutting open his throat, which are severe enough to bring Art to his knees. Though initially pissed to have lost to a mundane girl, Art smirks as if he had developped genuine respect towards Sienna. After a few moments, he puts his head in a good position to be beheaded and Sienna goes through the killing, unleashing a victory roar of pent-up rage. After ensuring Art was no longer a threat, Sienna comforts Jonathan until they see the Little Pale Girl picking up Art's head. Much to their surprise, she leaves the carnival with it in her arms, leaving the Shaw siblings behind to be taken to a nearby hospital to recover and heal from their near-death experience.
