The Star Wars Original Trilogy is the first three movies to be made in the Star Wars Saga. It consists of the followung:
- Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope (Released in 1977, originally just called "Star Wars")
- Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back (Released in 1980, originally called "The Empire Strikes Back")
- Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (Released in 1983, originally called "Return of the Jedi")
The events in these three movies came after those in the Prequel Trilogy
