Universal Pictures (also known as Universal Studios), is a subsidiary of NBCUniversal a division of Comcast, and is one of the major American film studios that has production studios and offices located at 100 Universal City Plaza Drive in Universal City, California, an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County between Los Angeles and Glendale. Distribution and other corporate, administrative offices are based in New York City. Universal Pictures is the longest-lived studio in Hollywood.
